Ned Burt has been selected by many colleagues to act as an arbitrator for personal injury and real estate disputes. He has participated in multi-arbitrator matters as well as serving as the sole arbitrator in many disputes. Ned places an emphasis on being fair to all the parties involved and is an approved arbitrator for the State of Connecticut Court Arbitration Program as well as serving as an arbitrator for some private concerns.
